to object to the processing of your data
Insofar
as we have based the processing of your data on the balancing of interests you
have the right to object to the processing of your data. This is the case if
the processing of your data is particularly not necessary for the fulfilment of
a mutual contract, which will be indicated by us at each function description.
In case you wish to exercise your right to withhold you consent we ask you to
state the reasons why we should not process your data in the usual way. In case
of your reasonable objection we shall look into the circumstances and either
end or adjust our data processing or present to you compulsory legitimate
reasons to continue our data processing. Of course you continue to have the

3. Data privacy
Furthermore we protect our web presence and other systems by implementing technical and organizational measures against the loss, destruction, access, manipulation or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular monitoring a complete protection against all risks is not possible.
4. Visiting our internet presence
When you use our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. As soon as you request a file from our website, access data is collected and stored by default.
This data record contains:

• the date and time of request
• the transmitted data volume
respectively
• the access status / http-status
code (indicating if the data was transmitted or possibly could not be found)

This data is required by us to display our website and to guarantee stability and security. Furthermore this data will be evaluated for internal statistical purposes as well as for the technical administration of the internet presence. Legal basis is Art. 6 § 1 S (f) DS-GVO. Our legal interest follows the stated purpose of the data survey.
5. SSL-encryption
This site uses SSL-encryption for security purposes and for the protection of the transmission of confidential data, such as inquiries you address to us as a website operator. You may detect an encrypted connection when a browser address changes from “http://” to “https://” and displays a lock symbol in your browser line.
Once the SSL-encryption is active the data you are transmitting cannot be read along by unauthorized third persons.
6. Your order with us
6.1 If you
wish to place an order you have to state personal information during the
ordering process such as your

• E-mail-Address
• Telephone number
The data which will be collected can be seen on our order
form or will be shown in the response to your request. Mandatory information
will be highlighted. Any other disclosure is optional.
6.2 The statement of your personal infromation is necessary for and serves the purpose of the conclusion of contract and the processing of your order. Legal basis is Art. 6 § 1 S (b) DS-GVO.
6.3 Due to legal provisions of trade and tax laws we are obligated to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. Your data will not be deleted completely, even if the retention relating to the concluded contract is no longer required. The processing will however be limited to such extend as required by legal obligations. Legal basis is Art. 6 § 1 S (c) DS-GVO.
6.4 The data which you have transmitted to us during your purchase will be used exclusively for the processing of your order. For the processing of the order we will use the services of the following external providers:
6.4a The delivery of the goods requires the disclosure of your address information to our parcel services. These are obligated to treat your information confidentially, to retain and use it solely for the purpose of shipment and delete it after shipping is completed. Legal basis is Art. 6 § 1 S (b) DS-GVO.
6.4.b The payment transactions requires the disclosure of your payment data to the credit institute or payment service provider respectively. Legal basis for the disclosure of data is Art. 6 § 1 S (b) DS-GVO.
7. Email advertising for existing customers
7.1 If you purchase our goods or use our services and state your email address in this context, we reserve the right to send you emails with offers regarding goods related to those you have purchased and to services you have used in the future (so called direct advertising). According to Art. 7 § 3 UWG this does not require explicit consent. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in direct advertising according to Art. 6 § 1 S (f) DS-GVO.
7.2 It is your right to revoke your consent at any time. If you wish to do so please send an email (to info@dwd-concepts.de) or contact the responsible person stated above or use the unsubscribe button in the email which you have received. Transmission costs accrue at a basic rate only.
8. Registration for our newsletter
8.1 If you contact us by email or using the contact form on our website personal information will be collected and stored by us. Which information will be collected can be seen on the contact form. During the process of contact the following personal information will be collected: email-address and email-content as well as further voluntarily disclosed information. This information will solely be used for the processing of your contact request. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your contact request according to Art. 6 § 1 S (f) DS-GVO.
8.2 If you request our call back service you consent to the use of your telephone number to contact you.

8.3 If a retention is no longer required we will delete all personal information collected in this context. In case there are legal obligations for the retention, data processing will be limited to this purpose. Legal basis is Art. 6 § 1 S (c) DS-GVO.
8.4 For the registration to our newsletter only your email-address is required. The statement of further, explicitly marked information is voluntarily and for the purpose to contacting you personally. Following your confirmation we retain your email-address for the purpose of mailing the newsletter to inform you about our products and services. Legal basis for the processing of your personal information is your consent according to Art. 6 § 1 S (a) DS-GVO.
8.5 You have the right to revoke your consent for the future use of your email-address for the mailing of the newsletter at any time and to unsubscribe from the newsletter e.g. by sending an email to [nfdwd-cncptsd] or by using the unsubscribe button at the end of each newsletter.
8.6 We wish to point out that we [OR: our contractors] evaluate your user behavior by mailing the newsletter. For this evaluation the sent emails use so called tracking pixels, which can produce one-pixel-image files, which are retained on our internet presence. For the evaluation we connect the information stated under section 4 of this privacy policy “Visiting our internet presence” and the tracking pixels of your email-address and an individual ID. Legal basis for the use of this tool is our legitimate interest in direct advertising according to Art. 6 § 1 S (f) DS-GVO.
Data will be collected exclusively pseudonymized so that the used ID will not be connected to your personal information and personal references will be ruled out.
If you wish to revoke your consent to data analysis for statistical use you must unsubscribe the newsletter.
8.7 We use rapidmail to mail our newsletter. Therefore your data will be disclosed to rapidmail GmbH. It is explicitly prohibited to rapidmail to use you data for purposes other than mailing the newsletter. rapidmail GmbH is not permitted to disclose or sell your data. rapidmail is a German certified newsletter software provider, who was selected carefully in accordance with the legal provisions of DSGVO and BDSG.
9. Email contact, contact forms and call back service
9.1 When you are contacting us by email or using the contact form on our internet presence personal information will be collected and retained. The personal information collected when using the contact form is stated on the contact form. When you contact us by email the following personal information will be collected and evaluated: email address, email content as well as other voluntarily stated information. We will collect and process your personal information exclusively for the processing of you inquiry. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry according to Art. 6 § 1 S (f) DS-GVO.

Our internet presence uses tracking devices to analyze and improve the use of our internet presence on a regular basis as stated below. By using statistics we can improve our offer and present it more interestingly for our customers as well as evaluate the effectiveness of and to optimize our advertising campaigns. Legal basis is Art. 6 § 1 S (f) DS-GVO with our legitimate interest stated in the purposes listed above.

user behavior on our website and processes domains from form entries (e.g.
"leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve
the services.

11. Integration of other tools
11.1 Integration of social bookmarks
Our website integrates so called social bookmarks (e.g. by Facebook, Twitter, Xing etc.) Social bookmarks are internet bookmarks helping the user of these websites to collect links and newsfeeds. On our website they are only available as links to those services respectively. By clicking on the integrated graphics you will be forwarded to the website of the respective provider and only then user information will be transmitted to the provider. You may find information regarding the processing of your personal data in the privacy policies posted on the websites of these providers respectively.
12. storage period of personal data
The storage period of personal data depends on the statutory storage periods (e.g. trade and tax related storage periods). Once the statutory storage period expires we will delete personal data, as long as this personal data is not required for contract conclusions or initiations or if we no longer hold a legal interest in the storage.
13. Other disclosure of data
13.1 We partially use external hosting services to process your data and to provide our internet presence. These were carefully selected and contracted and are bound by our instructions and are monitored on a regular basis. Legal basis is Art. 28 DS-GVO

than in the cases stated above we will only disclose your personal data to

Security measures
We employ adequate technical and organizational measures for
the protection of your data against misuse, unauthorized or illegal access as
well as disclosure, loss, alteration, damage or deletion. These measures

access to our establishments and a secured destruction of data mediums
containing your data.
